Where the stone ships from
We do not hold stock. Each stone ships from the cutter's stock in China directly to you, insured and tracked, with its IGI report. This is why the pictures are simulations: no stone passes through our hands before it reaches you.
Delivery times
- United States: typically 5 to 10 working days from payment, by courier.
- Singapore: typically 3 to 7 working days from payment.
A signature is required on delivery. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged per order at checkout. Insurance for the full price is included.
Duties and taxes
United States. Cut diamonds of Chinese origin are subject to US import duty. The courier collects the duty and any brokerage fee from you before delivery. We state the stone's origin and value accurately on the customs declaration; we do not under-declare.
Singapore. Goods and services tax is payable on import and is collected by the courier before delivery.
Duties and taxes are not included in the price shown and are not refunded by us if a stone is returned.
Returns and exchanges
Exchanges and returns are covered by the Satisfaction guarantee: exchange at full value, or return with US$100 as the only cost, within 14 days of delivery.
Damage or loss in transit
Every shipment is insured for the full price. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, tell us within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the courier and we will replace or refund.
