Exchange at full value
If the stone you receive is not the one for you, you may exchange it for any other stone on the site at the full price you paid, applied against the new stone. You pay the shipping both ways. There is no restocking charge and no time pressure beyond the return window below.
If no stone is right
If after an exchange you are still not satisfied, return the stone and we refund the price paid less US$100, which covers the return shipping and inspection. That is the only cost of trying a stone.
Conditions
- Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to exchange or return.
- The stone must come back unset, unworn and with its laboratory report, in the sealed packet if it was supplied in one. Each stone is laser-inscribed with its report number, and it is checked against the report on return.
- Return shipping must be fully insured for the price paid, with tracking. We will send instructions and the address when you tell us.
- Import duty and tax paid on the original delivery are not refunded by us; whether they can be reclaimed depends on your customs authority.

Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the place you live. Where that law gives you more than this offer, that law applies.
